1) When clamping the workpiece in CNC machining, attention should be paid to the position of the code and the appropriate extension length of the nut and bolt on the pressure plate. In addition, the screw should not be pressed against the bottom when locking the corner.
2) Copper bars are generally processed for locking plates. Before starting the machine, the cutting quantity on the program sheet should be checked to ensure consistency, and the screws on the receiving plate should be checked for tightness.
3) When processing in CNC, it is necessary to check whether the direction is correct and whether there is interference between each copper material during processing when collecting multiple pieces of copper material on one board.
4) According to the shape of the program sheet and the dimensions of the workpiece, clamp the workpiece.
5) During CNC machining, it is necessary to verify whether the dimensions of the clamped workpiece meet the size requirements of the program sheet. If there are component drawings, it is necessary to verify whether the dimensions of the program sheet are the same as those of the component drawings.
6) The workbench and the bottom of the workpiece should be cleaned before the workpiece is put on the machine. The machine tool table and workpiece surface should be pushed away with oilstone to remove burrs and damaged areas.
7) When coding, ensure that the code is not damaged by a knife and communicate with a programmer if necessary. Meanwhile, if the bottom pad is square, the code must be aligned with the position of the square pad to achieve force balance.
8) When using pliers for clamping in CNC machining, it is necessary to understand the depth of the tool to prevent the clamped position from being too long or too short.
9) The screws must be inserted into the T-shaped block, and only a part of the thread must be used. If screws need to be connected, half of the joint thread must be used for the upper and lower screws, and the thread of the nut on the pressure plate must be fully used, not just a few threads.
10) When determining the depth of Z, it is necessary to clearly see the position of the program's single touch count and the data of the highest point of Z. After inputting the data into the machine tool, it must be checked again.
