How to diagnose the fault of vertical CNC machining center?

1. The mechanical load is too large, we need to check the mechanical connection part of the spindle and try to reduce the mechanical load as much as possible.

2. The connection belt between the spindle and the motor is too loose. We need to check the tightness of the belt and adjust it while the machine is stopped.

3. The tension rod in the spindle is not tightened to hold the tool's pull pin. Let's check if the feedback signal of the sensitive component is set in the CNC vertical machining center, check if this feedback signal is in place, and then re clamp the tool or workpiece.

4. The system is in an emergency stop state, and the mechanical readiness signal is disconnected It is necessary to check whether the main AC contactor of the spindle unit is engaged, release the emergency stop according to the actual situation, and eliminate the mechanical preparation signal circuit.

5. The main spindle power line is broken and the power supply is out of phase. We can use a multimeter to measure the power line voltage to ensure that the power input is normal.

6. Simultaneously inputting forward and reverse signals, using the PLC monitoring function to check the corresponding signals, can eliminate the simultaneous input of signals.

7. If there is no forward/reverse signal, monitor the screen through PLC to see if the forward/reverse indicator signal is emitted, or if there is no speed control signal output, and check if the measured output signal is normal. Generally, there is a problem with the output of the CNC device. Check the spindle signal output terminal of the system.

8. The enable signal is not connected. You can check the CRT to observe the I/O status, analyze the PLC ladder diagram of the machine tool, determine whether the starting conditions of the spindle, such as lubrication and cooling, are met, and check whether the external starting conditions are met.

9. If there is a fault in the spindle drive device or spindle motor, the exchange method can be used to determine if there is a fault. At this time, the spindle drive device and motor can be replaced.
